Whether you are training for your first 5k, a time-trial on the bike, or training for your first triathlon I have a program and training regimen for you that will help you get started and increase your speed and stamina. With over 14+ half-marathons, 5 marathons, and several triathlons under my belt I can guarantee you success whether it be during cold winter months or humid summer temperatures.
Includes:
- 1hr session per week of single discipline training focused on technique and biomechanics as well as distance training (a $65.00 value for $50.00/session)
- 1/2hr session per week focused on weight-based training intended to build you into a more skilled and efficient athlete (a $45.00 value for $30.00/session)
- a comprehensive training plan centered around a goal race or personal goal
- nutritional support
- 24/7 coach-to-trainer support

Tackling the world of swimming can be overhwleming, even for the well-seasoned athlete. Whether you need help with your swim mechanics or you need im[provement on your speed and endurance, I have a program for you that will build you into a stronger, faster, and more well-equipped athlete.

- 1hr sessions: focus on swim mechanics + speed session to increase cardio endurance (a $65.00 value for $55.00/session) -- great for a beginning swimmer
- 1/2hr sessions: speed session to increase cardio endurance w/ minor mechanical assesments (a $45.00 value for $40.00/session) -- great for an intermeditae/advanced swimmer

Want to step up your fitness game or your crunched for cash but still desire to have that extra push? Try a half-hour session. You wouldn't believe what you could accomplish in just 30 minutes. Get in a sweat drenching workout that would make Rocky Balboa want to cry. It is a non-stop cardio-infused metabolic circuit designed to kick start your weight-loss goals.
Includes:
- 1/2hr session of high-intesity interval training 1-3 times per week
- a comprehensive training program to follow on your own on the days you do not meet with me to keep up your progress and having you meet your goals in a realistic time period
